Near arrival at the hotel we were at the front desk reasonably welcomed friendly, the check in was rapid ways and the suitcases page brought our bags in the room. Unfortunately we could only in turkish talk, what these somewhat difficult. In the room arrived, off the seat from the toilet seat. A coworker of the technical services came after a few minutes i anrufes and behold, it was the bags page, the no german or english understood, whom i have tried with hands and feet to be explained, that the toilet seat loose is. The staff don't care definitely around the hotel guests. Bad knowledge of German. Room properly cleaned.1 restaurant and a pool bar, which at: o'clock closes. Cleanliness at the bar leaves much to be desired. During dinner times there is enough food. The food is typical of the country and tastes.
It was annoying however, if the staff a guest the plates from the table is, as soon as it is empty. Neither the friendliness yet the service V. Staff exists nothing. Cleanliness there is apparently not. Tables, cutlery, plates were every time dirty. If you for the food drinks ordered, it came only then, if we with the food were finished. Outside the meal times we could the beverages yourself from the hut made of wood! And cleaning of the rooms, because we could also every time upset. With -day stay was our room only 2 cleaned. Towels, bed sheets, trash not changed. Mini bar was also not refilled.Very bad. 12:00 A. M. is the check out. Our pick up came 16,45, we had to thus the time with the suitcases spend elsewhere, than on our room. Were literally thrown out!
