From the staff we were very disappointed. It was impersonal and cold. We felt as were joined by unwelcome guests: disturbance. Upon check-in you had to queue, there was no greeting and the rooms you had to get yourself. The luggage was first and only after two chases confused on the room - also without an apology. Housekeeping was poor and careless. Complaints were first ignored and until the next day about "Do you want the room was cleaner? " reluctant and treated so badly.
