  The hotel is located on the sea coast, among beautiful, shaped green areas, in the centre of the resort of Albena. It is near the spa centres of the resort which are equipped with modern facilities for recreation. The centres offer a variety of health and beauty programmes and cosmetic massages. The bus station is around 500 m away and Varna Airport is at a distance of roughly 40 km.

  The seven-storey building has terrace architecture and most of the rooms have sea views. It offers 190 rooms, 2 lifts, a safe deposit box for hire available at the reception desk, a lobby bar, an air-conditioned restaurant and a TV lounge. Around the swimming pool there is WLAN Internet access for an extra payment. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service.
