Facilities, service and ambience earn big thumbs up. The complex is new and beautiful. Only one negative: the breakfast was little varied ( only two kinds of cheese) and was not a five stars standard. Furthermore we had the last week the season booked, there were only a few guests and the breakfast buffet was 3 days for end of the vacation closed. We got breakfast after election, but no more everything was available. On the promenade in kamari were already lots of shops closed. From the 15. October is almost everything. My advice: if possible, by end of September ... go. read hotel review

A hotel with many strengths and a few small weaknesses. We begin with the things at, the noticeable to us very positively are: an above average warm, personal service, a great architecture and beautiful rooms. Largest downside of the hotel is unfortunately the location, more about that below. The earliest: 45 room, international mixed clientele ( during our stay were lots of scandinavians since, some German, English, dutch), age structure of middle 20 to middle 60.     We had only booked breakfast. Served the breakfast in the restaurant-area, the altogether very nice (there is a inside area and a terrace, on the we were always). We the offer now not blown away, but the things, who were there, were tasty and fresh: ham/ feta, gherkins/ tomatoes/olives, croissants, mini -chocolate croissants, loukoumades, toast, white bread, scrambled egg/ omelet, pita, yoghurt, fruit salad, fresh fruits, a few cakes and cookies. Sparkling wine and fresh orange juice there was also. It was not really varied, but overall the breakfast was really reasonable. You could eat lunch a lunch menu different things order; we have tried it once, was delicious. The evening menu read well (too many greek dishes, but also ' standards' as risotto or pasta), but we always ate out.

    Why did us the location and the environment of the hotel didn't like? Two essential points: On the one hand, kamari definitely not the correct destination, if you have a 'typical' Greece wants a vacation: on the promenade rows itself restaurants with ' special offers' together, you will be constantly addressed, in the lateral roads several English pubs with 'original English breakfast', the beach is lined with umbrellas and loungers... You can also at the gold beach, for Mallorca, have. Short: the area looks more 'cheap', the appeal the hotel then also somewhat from. To the other the hotel lies in the 2. Row without own beach section respectively own umbrella/ loungers. The beach is reachable on foot however 2 minutes away. For excursions the hotel lies really good: about minutes you are in Fira, after oia it took a little bit longer; the beautiful beaches in the area ( white beach, red beach) could be reached after about 20 minutes of drive. The direct vicinity of the airport means, you a few times a day planes from really big nearby in the landing as may; the did not disturb us personally however. It holds itself really as a part of, there are perhaps 10 machines on the day.

    We got an upgrade to a junior suite on the 1st floor. We would for this hotel recommend, always a balcony room on the 1st floor and no terrace room. This is especially because, that the hotel but more compact than spaciously built and in ground floor constantly persons to its terrace walk past, this would not please us in such a way. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and nicely furnished. Also the bathroom has of high quality mountings, beautiful plates, two window - everything was great. Small point of criticism: the 'shower's wall', around our bath tub herumging, was a bit furred up, it looked simply beautiful. The bath had a jacuzzi function, the but we didn't use it. Mini bar is also available, hair dryer also. Tv-technically is only the ZDF on a small flat -tv for offer.

    The service was in our eyes above average: there were all employees there very friendly, attentive, accommodating, warm. So for breakfast already on the second day 'our' drinks-combination ( Cappuccino plus green tea) at the table, without that we still have must order. By the pool was for the whole day free of charge chilled water serves, in between there was also a melons as a snack. No big deal, but just nice.

    There are two pools in the two' inner courtyards' of the hotel. The loungers are very comfortable, no 0815-plastic -loungers, but beautiful loungers from metal with thick cushions. Only malus: the towels, the there were laid out, were partly. A bit frayed and had sometimes also stains. Not a big thing, but not 5 stars worthy. On the edge the hotel there is also a shallow pool. The beach is as mentioned relatively packed with rentable loungers and umbrellas; the water is very clear, fine sand but there are rather little, there are too many pebbles there, you have to like. Internet there was free of charge everywhere in the hotel - there some hotels in Germany a slice of that.

A great hotel with outdoor swimming pool and a indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzis. Very friendly staff. Nice indiverse coordinated room. Breakfast delicious with enough warm and cold buffet, as well as muesli, fruits and desserts. You can instead of the normal hotel coffee espresso or similar to order. Safe in the room available ( Input a code) Tv-channels for German speaking only ZDF however some Englischsprachiche ( especially with Greek Subtitle) Air conditioning has pristine works. To the beach and the promenade is you in not even a minute. Great and delicious taverns on the promenade. Hotel restaurant I ... can't rate because we evenings always ate out. read hotel review
