The surabaya Novotel was the 2. stop our trip. The hotel looks like a typical höherklassiges very large tourist hotel, which you also in the Turkey, Egypt or Canary Islands finds. read hotel review

    The breakfast was ok, but not spectacular.

    The pool area was large and very nicely decorated. Just like in the abovementioned tourist hotels. There were enough beach chairs and the pool is practically in the middle of the hotel-ensemble

    The room was large. The bathroom had a window to the room which one pulled had to, if you have your partner not entrust wanted. Overall, the room was clean.

    The service was ok, but not perfect. In our room the towels were forgotten and when we drink a cocktail at the bar wanted, interested the very young male staff rather for football in the television, than it is for us. The broad hint was not understood.

    The hotel is centrally located in the city. As surabaya rather few sights, the situation is not so important. About 500m away are some cookshops, which we highly recommend. Atms or banks are also nearby.

We had a double room, where the air conditioning system did not function. After the complaint at the front desk, a house technician and looked the problem at. Since it could not be fixed, we got a new room. Staff helped us with the move. read hotel review
