We were regular guest because of the hospitality and the location - after the huge disappointment last year we won't come back: first we got no answer on our reservation request, after a reminder we were informed that "in the meantime" the room was given to another person. We rescheduled our stay and when we arrived were give a much smaller room than booked - because another couple wanted to prolonge its stay and therefore needed our booked room...
