  This modern hotel is quietly situated in the prestigious district of Schwabing close to the English Garden, the Olympic Stadium and the Allianz Arena. The hotel enjoys excellent connections to the transport network, being conveniently located for the A9, the airport, Munich's underground network and the city centre. A diverse selection of bars and restaurants on Leopoldstrasse can be reached by car within minutes and the city centre with Marienplatz and the main train station lie around 6 km. An array of nightclubs are to be found in the Kunstpark Ost, which is around 7 km from the hotel. Starnberger Lake lies at a distance of 14 km from the hotel.

• How to get there
  Arriving on the A9 from Nuremberg/ Frankfurt: take a left and follow the signs for the 'Mittlerer Ring Ost'. Keep right and take the 1st street on the right (Theodor-Dombart-Straße, which lies between Siemens Nixdorf and Stadtsparkasse). The hotel lies on the left-hand side. Arriving on the A8 from Stuttgart: head along Verdistraße towards the city centre. At the 'Botanischer Garten' take a left onto Wintrich Ring and follow the signs for the 'Autobahn Nuremburg'. Pass along the A9 slip road, then take a right between Siemens Nixdorf and Stadtsparkasse onto Theodor-Dombart-Straße. The hotel is on the left-hand side about 150 m along this road.
