The service is absolutely great. No desire remained unfulfilled. It will be everything with joy taken care of, it is simply unbelievable. Here the guest is really a king.
Except english was also very good speak german. The cleaning of the rooms was also very good.
Our birthday they provided a birthdaycake to the room.
We have the service at al husn, found as exceptional. Yes, we were pampered.There is 21 restaurants in the whole complex. Unfortunately, we didn't have any none of which visited, since we through the teatime and pre dinner drink in the evening never hungry were.

Were already last new year's eve there. Because it was so great (real 6*!) We came back, but since then, the service much worse.
With the new year's eve we were the next table constantly 'forget', drinks came only rarely, my dessert arrived in complaint. And at a cost of €284/person!
Complaint even with the french director were greeted with a 'sorry' lashed. You would be in a hotel from this price and such a category a bottle of wine/sparkling wine/dinner as compensation expect.

The hotel is wonderful. The service is very attentive. The private beach is very small, you can however also the beach the al bandar use.
The only negative is the only the location, very remote and about 50 kilometer of muscat and so far away from the civilization. A trip to the souk or in the shopping malls is because of the high taxi prices very expensive, not comparable with the favourable prices in Dubai. … read more

Fast, easy check-in.
Although we had an early morning arrived it was not a problem immediately our room to refer.
All the drinks from the minibar were all inclusive and were refilled every day, a fruit basket, as well as daily to the room provided. By the pool and beach you get a cold box with drinks, cool towels and refreshment towels.
There is also a scoop of ice cream-sorbet.
From 15,45, afternoon tea/coffee and other treats is offered.
The pre-dinner will take place from 6:00 p. m. in the hotel courtyard instead of. Here small canapes and wine, sparkling wine etc. Serves.

We had the hotel because of the good reviews on the internet booked. The hotel complex, friendliness of the staff, decor, beach etc. Corresponds in any case the photos and the above described.
