The check in was nice, the cleaning of the rooms alright. Handling complaints see rooms, therefore deduction.nullSimilar like the rest of the hotel, was our room on the first view great. Nice, modern and cozily furnished. Much technical schnickschnack. But also here then didn't work, as it should. The faucet on the sink was loose and has strongly wobbled, in the shower the water to the part of the shower head in the upwards vertical injected and there was a large water stain on (nona), closet doors were sloppy (partly crooked) installed. Stylish city hotel in a central location to the Gran Via. Value for money is ok. The room was in good condition but only a bit noisy, noisy from the street (as bars bordered).
