Although the hotel is small and not so new & shiny any more as in the pictures (of Agoda, booking.com etc.) it's definitely worth of one of the cheapest per night price tags around Senggigi when including an extra bed. 34 $ per night + 15 / night for an extra bed including a breakfast.
The hotel is just on the beach and the restaurant (which has real fish swimming around the tables of ground level:), pool, hang around "bungalows" all have a very nice beach view.

Sunset house lies directly at the beach. To the center of cake runs about 15 minutes or you can take a bemo. Food is in the hotel good, but a bit more expensive as outside. The hotel is very well-kept. The rooms are above average largely with beautiful view of the sea. We had a deluxe room on the first floor. WiFi is in the public areas and is free of charge.
