A good two star hotel right on the beach, unfortunately No pool. Architecturally not the best, but functional. There are hardly any alternatives to the hotel restaurant, which offers a good price/performance ratio. Only conditionally suitable for a beach holiday. Noisy, poor a/c, bad food, the service, whether in the evening or in the morning is not competent. It lacks any kind of service and you don't feel comfortable. With the window open it was too warm. There is really only one reason to Ras al hadd extra to come: the turtle reserve Ras al jinz in-! And anyway it is worthwhile. In a lovely and welcoming country like Oman this hotel out of the ordinary. The room was a disaster: a glass, a blank flask, lumpy mattresses, dirty sheets, may be used. The front desk was helpful enough. Although we were the only guests, was an important call not forwarded. Especially bad was the breakfast. Simple but good hotel. The hotel is total deposited at the very end of the city. The view of the beach is beautiful, although this was not invited to swim. The hotel is perfect base for the Turtle beach at Ras al jinz visit. The visitor centre is very modern and lies only about 15 kilometer south of the hotel. The journey there we have no problems with the own car. Tours are at 20:30 or offered 04:00 (note: reservation/entrance omr 6).
