The small boutique hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk from the Vatican/ Peter and all other sights (Castel sant' Angelo, Piazza Navona, pantheon, Colosseum, Spanish Steps, etc.) are good on foot to reach. The modern furnished double room with( large) wellbeing bath offers all comfort, you could wish for. (Fabio really makes an effort to its guests.) - the hotel lies directly at the Vatican, 2-3 minutes walk to St Peter's square.
