Super 8 Motel Florida City^{(3 stars)}

We stayed for 2 nights in this super 8 motel. First we booked a night suburb about 80 $for 2+1 inclusive scant breakfast and much too strong coffee. Then having Key West were we booked another night on the website of super 8 for only 60 $. The hotel is for 60 $and for 80 $just OK. As described in the title was the super 8 motel in Florida City with a considerable distance the absolutely grossest, dirtiest hotel we have stayed in before. On one of the two bedspreads our king size beds were two large toenails. The same picture on cut was also served on the floor, around the two beds. In the bathroom were countless long hair as well as pubic hair in all kinds of colors. And the toilet was dirty. The super 8 motel is a typical chain motel, which means you get a decent value for the price. The super 8 in Florida City is ideally located on the Florida Turnpike for onward journey to the Everglades or the Keys. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and is a typical Motelflachbau with parking in front of the rooms and pool. The rooms are quite large and clean. The motel is still relatively new, even when not top modern. For a day or two nights, but recommended. … read more
