We went on a room only basis and were pleased with the value for money. The rooms are nicely furnished, and we had a large bathroom. Only the bed is too negative point, as it is way too soft, but that is in the majority of the hotels in Scotland so (my experience) The hotel is centrally located and evening in the pubs and during the day shopping in town. Location: Very centrally, therefore good possibility to shopping and venture out at night. However the Scottish people before it extensively and noisy party every night in and outside the pubs. So the noise level to four hours stop and to the sleep. Private parking -> free use service: there was never a problem for the reception. Fast and comfortable check-in and check-out.
