Because of the positive reviews and the buchungslage other hotels, we had us for our 5-day Jerusalem-stay Leonardo Hotel booked. The location this is especially for visitors of the center jerusalem interesting, why every day new groups arrived or left. Accordingly looked also the rooms from: worn, small, dirty and not at all comfortable. Also the hotel services left nothing to the imagination: once our room not made, so we 22:30 (!) We arrived on the eve of yom kippur in, and on this day is the hotel by guests from israel almost flooded. Although the bar was going on, we are at the front desk very friendly served. English as a foreign language is generally of all employees spoken. In comparison to partially said services in other hotels in israel were the staff here with your performance absolutely on international standard.
