Very friendly and accommodating, with good German language skills.
Cleaning of the rooms without complaint.
All questions were answered immediately and taken care of.Unfortunately it was 3 days for end of the season, so that only very few guests in the hotel and were naturally accordingly few ' los' was. We mostly evenings alone in the small bar area sat, had but nevertheless good entertainment thanks to the very friendly service, the spoke perfect German and us some tips to excursions and so on give oneself could.

The service in the restaurant was overall good. What is particularly worth noting is the friendliness from romina. There was however also a service your work as a necessary evil considered.The main courses were very good. The salad buffet was not varied and with the gemüsebüfett you should soon be there because nothing else was there.
For breakfast there were unfortunately only very rarely brown bread.We had a great room. However it was the whole day no sun on our terrace seemed.Very nice hotel with amazing location for hiking.Although the pool is not really very big but beautifully designed.

Could not have been better. Friendliness and pace is exemplary. The cleanliness in and around the hotel we have never had such excellent experience.You started in the morning already with an extensive breakfast and ends evenings with salad- and gemüsebüfett, pre, head and refeed-from three courts selectable-on.Very spacious, in good taste and appropriately furnished.The hotel-boss and hotel-boss hard-working personally for the guests. The feel good factor is very high. The furnishings in the dining room and in the public areas is very stylish and has Italian cosiness.

Very good! Requests were handled quickly. Wi-fi was available and against a small fee in the room be used. The staff were friendly and said hello (is in Europa not self-evident). A child care was available, also an underground garage (for a fee), as well as a small but very nice wellness area. Just the opening hours (until 18:30 o'clock) are somewhat limited.
