Because of the Homepage of the supplier was the expectations large. Our apartment ( most expensive category) had the charm a station concourse. Living room with a kitchen with cold ripped tiles. No electrical outlets/lamps in sofa, dining table, desk. No decoration/ pictures. Tv-Antenna with flying lines from the bedroom. Plug for tv over extension from the dining area.
Bedroom was ok. ( Langflorteppichboden ). For people with Allergies not really excellent.
Apartment in the 1st floor had because of high trees limited sea view. Bad sound-absorption from the top floor.
View of the seafront was obscured by the roof of the restaurant.

We are regular customers and every year here and always the same room. It is great- freshly renovated, wonderful Teppichbode (purple-really great). From the room has a great great view on the binz beach promenade, the bridge over the lake. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The rooms are with Kitchenette equipped, in the everything available and is in a very good clean condition. Al we on the Bellevue arrived, we were very friendly greeting and immediately got our room cards (key) and became our apartment run. According to your wishes you got several refilled, for example sink, spülmaschinentabs or toilet paper. The towels we have also changed. One thing we found especially great, in other words, that we bread service not in the morning only once snatch up had, to rolls and newspapers to procure. We had booked a room on the ground floor. The lighting conditions were not very good, the room was relatively dark. In two lamps were cobwebs... On the surface it was clean, you look a little closer in the corners, you have a lot of dust and Kniest found... The 'main' items were impeccably clean: the bed, shower, toilet.
