The staff is always friendly, but only in english or spanish. Only 2 people, a the front desk and when the excursions agency in the hotel speak a bit of german. The room was always to our full satisfaction cleaned. As we both diabetic and our room no kitchen had, we were free a fridge available together, our insulin cool to hold. A doctor i didn't see any, but first aid is available. We had no complaints, therefore i can say to it nothing.There is several restaurants, but i did not all tried.
