We were only one night in a apartment. The hotel is however too big and will not fit in the wonderful area. For kids is it was the highest of all feelings. Disappointed we were from the food. ( buffet) it has a lot however the quality convinced me not. Five star family hotel, but the coffee from the automat. On principle, all of the staff present, personable and ready to talk. Starting with of the top floor, mr cooper and rettenberger, on the service staff of the restaurant to the reinigungshilfen.
The child care was okay. It felt in comparison to previous years but a bit hard. The children were often rather supervised than cared for. Apparently there was through illness a light understaffing. There is no us the presence of carers and an active head for the children.We are with the gastronomy of fhs completely satisfied. We were very pleasant welcome, also in the restaurants the service was very good, the employees very nice and friendly, also available at of the child care, our boys had the chat and went very gladly times in the supervised play paradise.There was a main restaurant and the Fanny's, where you 1 times per stay table grill and cheese or meat fondue food. The staff was friendly. On the day of arrival i missed a little more information, i found out later that there is a ski storage room and had it then also find. One noticed hslt, that on saturdays the prior and day of departure and the staff not the time can take, every guest to make statements. A hotel map where everything important shown might be an idea. Have also other guests seen the ski cellar were looking for.
