the room was unheated, the radiator warmed, first after Hours a bit. Service was very unfriendly and arrogant. The food was of poor quality or to supplements level. Complaints (the meat is still bloodily) was not taken into consideration, so that one did without dinner! The price performance ratio is extremely poor. For the quality and service have raised, I have never had so much. At the end even the bill excessive! Unfortunately the whole stay in the very beautiful city ruined as a result.
