The hotel is very conveniently located, and is easy to be reached from Liverpool Street station, the Tower is just a few steps away. The front desk, check-in and check-out was smooth and quick, the staff was very friendly, but only English was spoken. The room was clean, the bar was well stocked, breakfast was excellent ( we had booked English breakfast - and the includes everything) and very plentiful, the juices delicious.
