Staff are very friendly. Changing people at the front desk. Partly very good, partly on ordering a shuttle overstrained.
The room cleaning service was very good. English not always enough!We only had breakfast. There was toast, jam, Nutella, butter, cheese and sausage, as well as yogurt and cereal. Everything packed. These tea bags and a fully automatic slicer for coffee, Capu and hot water.
Typical english breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, beans), there was not, we didn't eat there. All in all okay.
The breakfast room is in the basement and way too tight!Our 5-bed -room was for sleeping big enough. There was air-conditioning … read more

Small city hotel in a central location on Hyde Park.
The tube (Lancaster Gate) is 5 minutes away, the bus stop is 2 minutes away.
It is the center (Oxford Circus) in maximum 15 minutes to reach..
Room was functional, rather small, for London but normal.
Very close is the pub ' the swan ', here you can quite good food, it is comfortable and at the weekend there is live music.

There is in the hotel a restaurant where the breakfast is served. For our taste the breakfast adequate.
there is daily coffee and tea, two different fruit juices ( orangesand apple juice), all muesliand cereal varieties, light and dark toast, different marmelade, Nutella, cheese but: no sausage!
