The not so simple prior in Venedig simple wants, lives in principe or in its environment. Location
This modern luxury hotel is ideally situated at the historical centre of Venice, directly next to the Grande Canal. Through it's ideal location, guests will quickly arrive at the Ghetto Ebraico, the casino, the Rialto Bridge and the Piazza San Marco. Scores of shops and entertainment attractions as well as the train station are located in the immediate vicinity (around 5 minutes away). Marco Polo airport takes around half an hour to reach by motorboat or taxi.
Facilities
The completely renovated hotel combines architectural styles from the Gothic, the Renaissance and into the late 17th century. The hotel offers a total of 130 rooms spread over 5 floors, of which 129 are double rooms and there is one suite. There is a stylish lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. Guests are also offered a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. The conference facilities and Internet access are available for business guests.
Rooms
The en suite rooms are partly furnished with antique furniture and are fitted with a hairdryer in the bathroom. The style stretches from the historical Venetians, through classic to modern. All the rooms include a telephone, TV, a radio, Internet access, a minibar, a double bed, air conditioning, central heating and a safe. Some of the rooms offer a view over the Canal Grande.
Meals
A breakfast buffet is available every morning. In the evenings, guests may choose from the à la carte menu.
