I was for a week to relax - and wellness-vacation and i was relaxed. The food was really fantastic, very extensive and with 5 meal times also felt the whole day. There is a sauna and hammam. Even if the courses and changing rooms perhaps already older, were a sauna and hammam and massage rooms in best condition. The hotel was alone very nice. The reception was very nice and the size of the room was adequate. The buffet was very varied but lacked change. With the cleanliness of the room we were not satisfied. The cleaners were though every day since, worried but prefer to the decoration of the bed instead of really clean. Unfortunately, we also had a broken aircon in the room. Amazing holiday in a beautiful hotel

We have just returned to england after a wonderful 2 week stay at this hotel. we were worried after reading the reviews which said it was mainly catering for russian familys but regardless of this we had an amazing holiday. The hotel was clean and the staff were excellent and were always happy to help us with whatever we needed, bar and restaurant staff could not do enough for us, in fact because it was rare to see english people there we became almost celebrities lol. i would definatly return to this hotel and i would recommend to anyone. read hotel review

    the hotel was quite away from the bigger towns and citys but dipite this the hotel has everything you need and the local buses are regular and very cheap to use with manavat 20 mins one way and alanya 10 mins the other way.

    The animation team were brilliant and do not receive the credit they should, pool games, zumba water gymnastics and much more. kids were entertained throughout the day thanks to Sasha, lasha, george, sallo and the others. Mini disco for the kids every night followed by shows, competitions, raffles and special feature shows including turkish night, in the hotels own amphitheatre

I was travelling with my mum to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday but on the other side have fun and enough chance for entertainment. We have been told in the travel agency that Aska Costa can grant us all of this. We were really positively surprised when we arrived in the hotel. The lady who was responsible for the check- in was speaking fluently English and Russian what makes the guests feel really confortable when accomodating. hotel features & cleanliness: A very kind guy helped us with the luggage to our room. The rooms are located into separate 2 ... floor buildings. The buildings are surrounded by beautiful park. Our room was on the second floor, with nice balcony. The room was always clean, cleaned each day. What was a really positive surprise that fresh bottled water was given each day, so even foreigners do not have any problems with water there. services: We were extremely surprised during our first dinner when the stuff welcomed the new guests with a really positive approach, huge smile and they were clapping their hands. I keep this memory really live in my mind as I never had such customer oriented experience before. I have to say, that for this management the customer is the first and only important point! During our visit even the highest manager was in check - so we could see, how it works. Later, as we understood this is a general behaviour of the stuff of Aska Costa. Always nice, kind friendly and professional. I have to mention the F&B department and the team of guys working there. I am giving my thumbs up for Mehmet A. and Bayram S. and their team that was perfectly managed. They were managing the stuff on a really high and professional level. Everything during the breakfast, lunch and dinner was very well managed. Later, as I heard they were also responsible for the bars and the beach service and the tea garden- we loved it! If you visit this hotel, you must have a nice time spent in the tea garden! What is amazing that the waiters were running like a speed of a sound) but they were always kind- and had few nice words to the guests. It never happened to us, that we did not have a place to sit - they welcomed you in the entry and you were many times fully served - more than expected. I was kindly surprised that even the manager stuff was fully engaged into the services and the whole flow. They were always kind and helpful to the guests- even in case of big rush - dinners were always a huge attraction. I would also recommend the F& B services because of the added value in the atmosphere. The decoration, the music and the entertainment- well, you can even entertain during your meal). All was perfectly managed and made a complex feeling of joy. I would like to give a positive vote also to the guys "behind" who were responsible to cook and prepare the menu. The cousine was excellent, various and it was always an estethical experience.     The resort had a big restaurant where the breakfast, lunch and dinner was managed and another restaurant on the beach- the a´la carte. The bar inside the main building and also a small one on the beach. I would count here the tea garden also- as it was managed by the same F&B stuff. My mum was counting the variousity of sweets, f.e and she counted 29different types of national and international sweets. The quality of food and drinks was on really high level, for children, for adults, also for vegetarians and vegans. The food was not just tasty but it was arranged like a masterpiece. The guests used to take photos of the cakes, of the vegetables that sometimes even look like pictures and statues:) The dining area was always clean and very well organized. You always had a place to sit and you never had to wait for anything. What I really appreciated was that you could choose if you would like to eat inside the restaurant or you would rather prefer to have your meal on the terrace. What is a speciality, that many types of food were cooked/ prepared during the dinner, so you could see what is included, how is it prepared- It was a gastronomy experience. Even we enjoyed the different type of cultural entertainment during the week we stayed there. The stuff of F& B was taking care also of the arrangement of the tables. Many times we have seen flowers on the tables, special desks for young couples, birthday celebrations. I saw that the stuff was extremely children oriented who made the life of many parents easier.

    One of the biggest advantages of Aska Costa lies in the super animation team that worked from morning till late night to entertain the parents and also their children. The guest could choose from more activities by the pool ( dance, zumba, children program- Froggy club), activities on the beach for adults and for children. Every night we had an entertainment in the "theatre" on the beach. I found this location perfect, because even if the place was noisy it was far enough from the main building, so you could sleep. Once per week we had a beach disco- mostly for young generation - with grill party. The animators were speaking fluently German, English, Russian. The internet access was granted in the lobby bar- although I never used it. The pool in the resort was pretty big with enough space for sunbathing- just right behind the restaurant and next to the bar. What is great that children and adults also had 3 water sledges for fun and entertainment. There is also a small pool for infants.

Knowledge of foreign language: The stuff speaks fluent English, German and Russian. We had a nice chat with one of the managers - Bayram- even in Hungarian- it was a nice surprise. Also I heard once from his waiters the Slovak " čo to bude?"- meaning, what would you like :) If you come with language that they might not know- you will understand them, anyway :) Cleaning: Our room was on the second floor, with nice balcony. The room was always clean, cleaned each day. What was a really positive surprise that fresh bottled water was given each day, so even foreigners do not have any problems with water there. Complaints handling. We did not have any complain personally, but one family from Czech Republic had a problem with a noisy airconditioning when they arrived. The issue was fixed within few hours without any problem.

    The room was always clean-cleaned each day. Thanks Ayse! The space was enough for 2 of us, the balcony was pretty big. The furniture is new, the bathroom is also enough big. TV, and the air conditioning worked fine- I like that it was manual so we could switch off/on upon to our needs. The telephone was there to reach the reception- never used it.

    The front of the building was like a kind of cheteau when we saw it for the first time. What I consider as a big positive advantage is that the park is enough big,so even if you come with children or you just simply need a calm place you can have it. As a big attraction I have to mention the animals of Aska Costa- children were amazed! The park is clean and really well kept. The beach is approx. for 3 mins from the hotel. You have to only walk through the underground and you are there. The beach is with small and bigger stones- a famous Blue Flag one. As it is a private beach you always have enough sunbeds to relax and enough privacy for you, for friends, for family. As there is a terrace and a restaurant there you can have a drink or snack during the day while you are sunbathing or you can take a dinner once per week in a´la carte restaurant. I missed a dinner so I am bit sad, but next time! The airport is approx. 2 hours driving from the resort. The shopping facilities are bit limited because you are in a resort between 2 towns- Manavgat and Alanya. For guests, who do not need a big shopping or are not interested in visiting new places the hotel can offer 2 shops, a hairdresser and photographer. So you can get your souvenirs and magnets- without leaving the resort:) I would like to send few positive words to the Azerbaidzan boy who served us in his shop- it was a magical experience, he was very kind and helpful. What I highly recommend is to not be afraid of the local stuff and the Turkish mentality. We made a trip with the local transport - "dolmus" from the resort to Alanya. It was an unforgottable experience. A bus full of Turkish inhabitants and 2 almost Blond ladies. We were kindly welcomed and reached the destination in a very good mood. Do not be afraid of going and exploring. The people are nice and helpful. They might have pretty problems with foreign language- but somehow you always understand what they are saying to you. Smile always granted! We went to see Side and Manavgat through the travel agency we booked. So we had a chance to see more. If you go for local trips organised by the travel agencies- the buses are coming and leaving from the resort each day - even one week is not enough. Several bazars in Alanya, big shops- where you do not have to argue about the price. Also a big bazar is close to the resort, approx. 5kms, or Alanya is for 1 hour almost by "dolmus". If you go to Alanya do not forget to see the Red Castle, the port and the Kleopatra Beach. To ladies I recomment the Jasmine evening dress shop on the main pedestry- I bought a dress for my friends wedding- unique service and excellent style!

I stayed in hotel for 2 weeks with my family.Hotel not long ago has been refurbished.So rooms,pool,restaurant are brand new.Hotel stuff sometimes struggled with speaking english.Bur everybody was verry friendly and funny.Animation team did good job.The program they did every night was fun and interesting.Sauna and massage fasilities was good as wale.Food variaties was verry big and for lot of peoples taste.The pool is big enough,and sunlaunges is lot enough so you dont need to book sunlaunge.You can come eny time and its always some waicant.Lot ... of sunlaunges on the beach.Only thing i missed its wi fi in the rooms.Only wi fi you can get in that hotel is free wi fi in reception room. Me and my mum arived from England and we spent 10 days in the hotel.We had lot of fun and we met great people,we loved the animation team wich are making really nice shows for entartaining people living in the hotel. You can allways have fun in there so you don't need to go somwhere else.The beach is 2 min walking from the hotel& the food is great! read hotel review
