Service is very good and the staff very accommodating and friendly.There are numerous bars and restaurants in the hotel. The buffet offers something for everyone. Local and international cuisine are offered.Great great room, but no reading lamp by the bed.Very clean, luxurious hotel with hospitable and very friendly staff. My room was large and very stylish furnished. Next to the possibility, coffee and tea in the room facilities, is the mini bar (soft drinks) free of charge. Would gladly again beach holidays in this hotel book. However without very good knowledge is the impossible. These arabs at the front desk make absolutely no effort to help and when a complaint was simply from. Jordanian dinars must plentiful be taken, as the part. Only visa card be accepted. The room service is not the best, was twice the room not sorted out, that means no hand and bath-towels, toilet-paper, and unordentliches bed. The make phone calls from the fixed network were very expensive, had for 7 times 3 minutes 440 Euro pay. All pay drinks are horrendously expensive. … read more

I want right time with the only downside start. Our air conditioning unfortunately it has strange noises, which is why we have been given a choice, in the heat to sleep or the noise endure. We were only one night in the hotel, why I cannot judge, whether on the complaint even responded. Apologized the guy at the check out in any case.

During our short 3 days stay we were very satisfied ( except cleanliness of the room).
The drink prices especially for water are totally covered.
We were with a rental car on the way, and therefore not on taxi etc. Dependent.
After 5 days we came back and wanted for 1 hour hotel's own beach used. On Sicherheitcheckpoint were costs of 90 JD (is about 100 euros) for 2 people orchomenos. On the instruction, we have already hotel guests were, fell admission price on 50 JD (= about 55 euros). We simply declined and asked the sanitary installations used to … read more
