A wonderful well maintained hotel with a lot of charm. We felt completely comfortable. When i back problems got, i was within 2 hours a german, there praktitierender doctor to the room proficient!
Only by my then any disability in the run i noticed, that the hotel with its many steps in all ways and especially every morning in the breakfast terrace was not is wheelchair accessible. Unfortunately, because otherwise there is nothing to complain about. A lift in the main building would be very necessary! … read more

The service was for Asien and before allend things Vietnam very bad. There was again and again misunderstandings (for example with an order in the restaurant/beach/pool) as the staff almost no english. The cleaning of the rooms was the worst we have ever experienced. The bathroom was always cleaned bad (schimmel/rost) and the exchange of the towels took place often only after a call to the housekeeping. During the 2 weeks we had several times dirty/bad superbly clean sheets (blood, lipstick, other stains) and towels.
