The hotel is very nice, good service, good food and the staff were very friendly (if you understood). Although the location is really bad. The hotel lies directly behind the runway of the airport. At night, starting about all three minutes by plane, during the day every two minutes, someone there are purchase opportunities in Dubai plenty, but not in the vicinity of the hotel. The numerous shops around it were rather little trust-arousing. the hotel is getting old. The situation is now, due to the new metro, not ideal. The nearest station is 1000 meters. Is too far. You have to take a taxi. Also negative was the high cost for Internet. Hour. 8/day 19 euro. This is no longer acceptable. Internet should be included in this hotel prices. Otherwise, staff friendly, breakfast plentiful, but without any variation. … read more

We were in the June 2011 for ten days in Dubai and hotel Sheraton Deira building. Deira is a part of Dubai. The area is for its high Indian share known.
The service in the hotel was class. Always again the drinks were refilled at the table and the staff was very, very friendly and helpful.
The room were well appointed. The carpet in our room was something very dirty. The bathroom was large and clean.
The only problem was, the us once towels were missing.

The hotel is overall OK, especially to be highlighted is the fantastic food and very good service in the restaurant.
But... you were not in the location on the room for sufficient towels to ask, given the level of service calls. but you get what you must each day Why the service call? The reception was arrogant and rude and they had no idea about shopping possibilities or excursions... We have it then even because otherwise nothing would have... the was very annoying...
