Normally friendly staff. Wifi free of charge. Cologne in the foyer acquirable. Uncomplicated check in.
The bill was unfortunately incorrect. The wrong inherited name is a verzeihlicher gaffe, the doppelberechnung of the already paid breakfast whereas should not happen. But then is absolutely impossible, no only word of apology to get on their lips.The breakfast buffet seemed small to me, but had lots to offer. Simply great! We arrived and were greeted with a friendliness and attention received, the nothing to be desired left. The young lady at the reception and the boss, the were present, were exceedingly friendly and decent. We were our rooms shown and explained ( for example function of the airconditioning, where the safe or the mini bar was and so on). Suitable for city trips. We had the Juniorensuite ( 2 rooms). Sadly it only had in a refrigerator. It was very warm in Köln.! Only with breakfast bookable. It was certainly all, but the quality convinced I am not. Must for example the cheese at the meat stored? Furthermore, it is a disgrace, if the breakfast area too small and you 30 minutes on the inlet had to wait, until a table was free.
