  This appealing hotel is located directly on the sprawling bay of Kozluca with its natural sandy beach. The vast Elenite holiday complex lies adjacent to the hotel and a bus departs from here to Sunny Beach that lies 8 km away. Restaurants, and bars are to be found in the vicinity.

  Built in 2001, this hotel comprises a total of 190 rooms spread over 4 floors of which 112 are double rooms, 32 are suites and 46 are apartments. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a lift, a café, a small supermarket and shops. There is also a bar, a pub, a nightclub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, Finally a public Internet terminal is available for use and there is a children's playground where younger guests may let off steam. Cars may be parked in the hotel car park and room and medical services round off the facilities on offer.
