The hotel was 2001 renovated, it is a pity, that this condition has not received. Surface everything is beautiful-almost as in the website. Look carefully, you mustn't: on front desk dirty upholstery, the sink is loose, the carpet not really clean and the windows crumbles the finery. Otherwise was the room and the bathroom but reasonably clean, and spacious-as surprising a, that in the bathroom not a single possibility existed, its cosmetics off! The wireless internet worked only in the lounge area, but not in the rooms. International guests of all ages, families with children, retirees, etc. We had booked ... bed and breakfast, luckily not more! It was, i can say, the worst breakfast, which i've ever had. The toast tasted like cardboard, the white bread after baking powder and the coffee. Conclusion for a few days you can stay, however nothing more. And breakfast i would outside. Bewertung lesen
  • Lage und Umgebung
    5.0

The hotel is directly located next to the train station Santa Maria Novella, from there the most important objects of interest reachable on foot in a short time. The shoppaholics their moneys worth, everything near the hotel. Train, bus and train directly in front of the door. Garage right next to the hotel - but expensive-special price for hotel guests : 25 Euro per night! - so your eyes and prefer car nearby, this is certainly cheaper. We ate both about 100 meters away from the hotel, as also in the city for similar prices as here in Munich: pre and main food, wine, lemonsoda and Cappuccino/ espresso for 2 people 45-60 Euro. Until to the beach it is about 1,5 hours by car.

  • Service
    3.0

To and for itself the staff was very friendly. In the 3 days, we were there, we met on no german-speaking staff. Communication was maximum in english. The room cleaning: beds were made, towels changed, trash emptied-however-the used glasses not replaced, toilet paper not replenished, surfaces not wiped (stains from an effervescent tablet on the bedside table)

  • Zimmer
    3.0

As i said: Rooms spacious, no balcony (in the whole hotel there were nothing) Flat screen tv-but the selection... Good, that i do not need in the vacation Air conditioning worked well and was simply rules Minibar and telephone available, but we didn't use it Bathroom with a shower and a toilet, very spacious, but no counter space. Sink relaxed, sealant of the floor tiles solves. Toilet very high, my girlfriend is 165 centimeter and i about 170 centimeter large and we only came with the tiptoe to the floor.
