In the heart of the Amalfi Coast, a welcoming Mediterranean villa has become the Hotel Il Pino. The hotel owes its name to the secular umbrella pine tree immortalized by the celebrated artist P. Scoppetta, and it is the ideal spot for an unforgettable stay, to discover the scenery and culture of this area, but it is also the perfect place for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The hotel is managed by the owner Mrs. Graziella Proto, who, with the expert help of the staff, ensures warm hospitality, aimed at satisfying every guests single need, in an atmosphere of sincere cordiality. The restaurant is managed by qualified professionals and the kitchen provides seafood specialities and typical traditional Mediterranean dishes infused with the chef’s imagination and creativity.The real attraction of the hotel is the rooms. Situated on 3 floors which are connected by elevator, they are spacious and light and airy, and have excellent views of the sea. They have been lovingly restored and carefully furnished, all rooms are superior category. The clean lines of modern design meet and blend with the precious artistic majolica ceramics, the Mediterranean atmosphere is enriched with charm and functionality giving maximum comfort. In each room, you will find a unique ceramic panel depicting one of the many villages of the coast, created by the master ceramist Bottone. The bathrooms are decorated with Vietri ceramics and are equipped with crystal walk in shower or hydro-massage bath, Jacuzzi. All have hairdryers and courtesy kits. Besides the modern comforts ( air conditioning, direct dial telephone, minibar, satellite TV) the rooms all have terrace or balcony with full sea views.In this little oasis of tranquility, guests will have the privilege of enjoying the sun and the scenery in total comfort. Hospitality is divided in : twin rooms, double rooms, family rooms ( triple or four bedded rooms with hydro-massage bath). For our younger guests, cots are available on request.
