As always solid accommodation in Georgetown on Penang. Everything in walking distance or by taxi just reachable. Very varied breakfast buffet. Clean tidy, but now definitely not something special. As business address for a few days or as a stopover ok.

The staff are in the entire hotel area very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out worked quickly and easily. With english no communication. Cleaning the room was good. Nice the service at the pool - it erfischungstücher and water in between served.
There the reception the program and the picture of the tv in our room not ideal, we have this in writing in the aufgeleten review by the hotel communicated. Efficient five star hotel in Penang Georgtown country. About 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. The area around the hotel left a lot to be desired, but it was right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall. Condition and cleanliness perfectly. It does not bother me but when it comes to hotels anytime again, although the room carpet, and this thanks to the high humidity smell begins with the spirit of the times. The hotel is located in Georgetown, in the immediate vicinity (ten minutes footpath) has several shopping malls and many Chinese shops, restaurants and bars. We had booked the traders club room, cost 20 euros more than the 'normal' rooms, but very nice benefits: preferred check-in and check-out at the club (16 floor), 16 or 17 in the third floor and good view, breakfast in the club lounge, as well as during the day free soft drinks and fresh fruit juices, in the evening very delicious cold & two hours hot snacks and cocktails & beer free in the lounge.
