For such an active-hotel we had greater service we could have hoped for. The briefing at the check-in was rather taciturn from, we were not on the services (pool, sauna, glass, fireplace) attentive. There was no maps only the standardflyer the cable car. One felt himself. The service for breakfast was also nothing special considerate. So, we had a long time on the coffee wait and newly arriving guests were not noticed, although the number of guests very manageable. On the tables and upholstery in the lobby we found in the late morning still the krümel of the of the guests … read more

The frontdesk employees were very friendly and helpful. Our tests, the school spanish on vacation to reactivate, fell on obvious joy and were friendly and patient taken. On our arrival in the hotel Parador we were stressed, that the same evening a astronomical demonstration in english (in the open, for the hotel) for a group of visitors and that we invited are, this event attending. (to be explained pictures on the current stars-very interesting!) The presentations all a couple of days and last about 1 hour. Warm clothes! The service in the breakfast room in need of support. Only one person … read more

It is a mountain hotel 2000 metres over the surrounding countryside. In this respect, it is quite good and as base for walks perfectly suited. We also had in its surroundings that means south of the Teide, always sunshine, while everywhere else on the island was covered. However the temperatures in the dining room were with 17 to 18 c hardly reasonable. … read more

A stay in this Parador is a special experience-he is lonely in the middle of the national park with a magnificent view of the Teide. Particularly suitable seems to the building for hikers, the in this area, a lunar landscape resembles, early in the morning (before the tourist buses come) to hike break or with the aerial ropeway on the Teide up to. The house is decently furnished, features a relatively large restaurant, a bar and even a small swimming pool in a standalone hall. … read more

One-time location, for a night or two recommendable: great mood in the evening if the weather is nice. For ascent of Teide or Guajara in the early morning ideal starting point, as for the on foot quick reachable Roques de Garcia, you definitely for sunset could have. The rooms are rather small and dark, nothing special. The restaurant works old-fashionably, food is good and expensive. … read more
