I was with a weihnachtsbusreise there. My room was in the old building and was accordingly furnished. I had a single room booked and stayed in a 3-bed room, there was no elevator in the 2. floor and in the room no closet, just shelves on the wall and an open rack. The alarm clock was broken, the bed worn but the worst part was the lack of cleanliness and the mold in the bathroom. Also after complaining with the travel guide was not cleaned. I have allowed, with the towel to clean.

A very good restaurant bavarian cuisine with great loyalty, wide schmackige portions and very good butcher's shop (family business) attached not far from Munich in the altmühl valley and Ingolstadt. Uncomplicated Settlement at the Check-in and check-out, clean bright rooms, newly renovated, everything there, which one needs. At the Breakfast was even asked, if there were certain requirements for sausage etc. and fresh from the butcher's shop. That's what we call service!
