Never again in this hotel vacation. Already the entrance area with closed café and loose tiles makes a worn down impression. Hardly any parking spaces available, the best place right at the entrance for fat Benz of the chefs with a ladder blocked. The staff makes a listless impression, the common smoke on the doorstep. However brilliant is the breakfast, if you at all can be so called. If you like old rubber, sausage and cheese with hochgerolltem edge, expired butter is right at home here. Obtrusive staff - while still eat, the eclectic dishes were cleared. Cream was so long in the pot atmosphere until they became bad. In the kitchen also not been afraid between foodstuffs einzuparfümieren.

The busy the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Wanted one however evenings on its parking, as always a car of the staff on the square. On request then the car drove away.
The lady in the breakfast room served, could be somewhat friendlier.nullRoom rather small however for 2-3 nights completely sufficiently. The beds were very comfortable and clean. A bit worn-out but working
Tv, a clock radio and a well equipped mini fridge were available. Light switch broken, lighting only bedside lamp possible. An existing deckenfluter was also defect.

The hotel has three stars. In other 3-or even four star hotels I stayed in Berlin from the price/performance ratio have been much worse. The room was large with a view of the river spree. The only downside was the bathroom. It had a door to the hallway Glaseinsatz. Was deleted, but it was an additional towel ligated the Vista; the foreign language competence of the personnel were dirty. The bathroom had a window and was otherwise clean.
