Ruined apartment area in a beautiful panoramic view. Everything except the hotel was in Arkassa nice. From the bus you should 5ft 5 " but its drag your luggage, zero service. There is construction debris, there are a few dried plants, the the landlord did that reflects the staff. There is a bar, but no service! The management was very poor. Air conditioning (surcharge). Hotel staff was limited, i think we saw the same 5 people everyday. the main problems we had were met with a "we'll see what we can do", however nothing changed. The staff were friendly enough but appeared not to be skilled in either handling complaints or hotel management.
