The service staff in the restaurant were really nice, if there is no clean table cloths, but they can do nothing. At the front desk you could get by with English and hands really good navigate, in the restaurant only with hands. Cleaning of the rooms you can only poorly describe, because they so was! As a service, we see the hair dryer, we at the front desk could hire? Complaints were only half a day taken serious!A restaurant with cold food and always the same salads! A 'cafe' without cakes! The general serving staff is a word to describe: rude!
The front desk employees can speak the language and English.
Cleaning of the rooms completely fine it was cleaned every day.
With a complaint from the tour operator plain and simple; 'I know that now so not' said. Sounds funny is however really happens.Number of restaurants: 1 bars: 2 or 3
Like mentionned above, quite bad food.
The cleanliness in the restaurant, as well as in the bars is unfortunately not good, something none of us really understood, since the rooms and the pool cleaned daily are.

This hotel is German not recommend. The guests were mostly Russians, but unfortunately for our needs very bad manners have. The hotel is dated and it over the last few years No repairs or upgrades made clear. Even the curtains in the rooms are at least ten years old and partly moldy. The rooms cleaning was only sporadic to not take place, the entire hotel area was a joke. The pool is tiny (not of event. Photos are a little deceiving), but seemed clean. 3 star 2zu much! Please don't book! Disgusting, dirty! Repairs in the bathroom were not fully repaired, ceiling was very verosttet, Kindrebett broken and various trinkets. Toilet in the receptionists with excrement smears … read more
