Saree was a real surprise. From the pictures of the fantastic pools attracted, we have us decided and weren't dissapointed. The complex is nature designed and therefore seemed on the first glance a bit shabby. But exactly constitutes the charm of the hotel and generates an original thai atmosphere. I know the hotel complex since the opening, but first booking. the hotel complex and the bungalow are generous laid out. The cleanliness was rather below average. the breakfast buffet monotonous and unimaginative. the guests came too many from Eastern Europe and only a few languages English. We were from 27-12-2012 to 11-01-2013 in the hotel saree in mä nam. The hotel complex is away from the hustle like for instance Chaweng. For a relaxing hotel, also with children absolutely recommendable. The restaurant is absolutely recommendable, the service friendly and competent. We have a tropical villa. Unfortunately the hotel is for years not more renovated. The furnishing the villa, the restaurant and also the chairs and screens are urgently in need of renovation. The telephone for example was during the whole time not functional. The staff at reception speaks almost no english, no french and german. A … read more

Value for money was not reasonable. The pool villa was unfortunately so noisy that you couldn't sleep at night as the neighbors too loud were. The great boseanlage you could also not use as otherwise the neighbors scolded have ( in spite of the low volume) a lot has already gotten a bit old and closed toilet would be beautiful as for the noise of neighbors at night hardly the toilet dare.
A few chairs were on its own pool absence (as you could only enter... Stairs in the pool missing even if this only 1.20 meters deep, the recommendable. Nevertheless … read more

The service in the hotel was top class-more not. Extremely friendly and extremely accommodating.
If you at the front desk just pass all and welcome. When we once in the rain with the taxi arrived (don't worry, it rained only briefly and was nevertheless warm still) jumped immediately someone and brought us two umbrella, so we with dry feet to our room come.
The cleaning of the rooms was immaculate. Once the missing middle towels-a word at the front desk and within 2 minutes were the towels in the room. On the next day after the service a manager and asked, if … read more

The staff are really friendly and helpful. They speak English very well. A wäschereinigungsservice from the hotel offered.Very good and delicious food with a wide selection. For breakfast were both cold, as well as warm dishes. Rolls there was not, but toast and Baguette.
