For a visit in Calgary is the international a good choice. You can explore all points in the city centre to reach on foot. Also restaurants there are in the immediate area - recommendable Barlow mill on EAU Claire market.
As rooms had we an apartment with two bedroom and really huge living area. There's a restaurant in the basement, is OK, and a nice bar. The swimming pool however is for European conditions unacceptable, in the basement, seemed dingy, not very inviting. We have this hotel at the start our round trip for one night booked. The hotel lies in the middle of downtown, everything is on foot quickly and easily reachable. At the front desk is maps available, the at the front desk helped. Faster and friendly check-in and check out. Relatively large, but rather older city hotel. We had booked a suite so took a living area with microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, dining table, sitting areas, televisions. Bathroom with a tub shower and hair dryer. Bedroom with king bed (approx. 2x2 meters) and television. Parking fee but rich $34 per day in the hotel's own garage!!! But also outside park not less. Continental breakfast was included, you still charged us $23 . After a complaint was the but immediately off our bill. … read more
