The staff is very friendly and accomodating. wishes or questions they are very happy to help. Really the best. The restaurant has a high standard. But the price-performance ratio was absolutely okay. The food from the soup to dessert are all very good. But the best part was the older waiter restaurant. It is still of the 'old school' and his stuff "from the Pike" learned. Very pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms and grounds, wonderful views, friendly staff. Rental car is our opinion (generally on Madeira) was recommendable (3 min. to the town), walks on the island usual drive and given the lack (if you do not sidewalks in the town is about 15 minutes, alternatively, up every hour free scheduled bus hotelnah shortly after eight). The pool is a bit small for swimming but very clean and well maintained and cool off the evening wonderful. The staff is very friendly. But only a portion of the staff speak in English, but very good. The room was cleaned well. At the bar or by the pool was a tried all requests to make your stay in Florence unforgettable. Only ate breakfast can test. Well located, very stylish modern hotel with a fantastic view of the Atlantic. take the fairly spacious rooms all have balconies and are quite bright, comfortable and very clean. The latter also applies to the bathroom. In general, the cleanliness of the entire building including the restaurant very important.     The hotel is located in Pico Banda de Além, 1.5 km from the town of Ribeira Brava and its beach. Guests will find the island's Museu Etnografico just 1.5 km away, as well as the Igreja e Museu da Ribeira Brava and it is 15 km from Funchal. The hotel lies just 30 minutes from Funchal Airport.

    Thanks to the hotel's superb location, guests are assured the enjoyment of the finest views of the island. The wonderful panorama of mountains and sea will help guests to relax in this natural, quiet refuge and take advantage of the excellent service at the hotel. Renovated in 2008, this family-friendly eco hotel comprises a total of 34 rooms spread over 3 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. It offers a reading room, a games room, a TV lounge and beautiful gardens.     From the airport, guests should take the highway towards Funchal/Ribeira Brava to Ribeira Brava (approx 30 minutes journey time). Follow signs to the centre. After the tunnel, guests will reach a roundabout: head straight in the direction of the sea. Shortly before the seafront promenade, the entrance to a parking garage will come into view. Shortly before this, turn right and follow the winding road uphill. After about 1 km, (with a small bar on the left), turn right and after about 50 m there will be a blue hotel sign.
