The service at this hotel is very poor. With very few exceptions, the staff are untrained, inefficient and rude. The hotel caters to a lot of large bus tour groups, perhaps they have determined these types of customers do not require basic customer service as they are not going to be repeat customers. The website says there are three restaurants, however they do not say all three have the exact same limited menu? The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are of a nice size and the grounds are lovely. However, there is nothing that can make up for the ... poor service. I was scheduled to stay for 3 weeks and left after one week. I would have left after the third night but other hotels were fully booked. read hotel review

    Nice room -- it was a large and nicely furnished. The shower is poorly designed and leaks water all over the bathroom floor.

    A bit remote from basic services, but there is a small shopping center with a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel offers a paid shuttle to take you to the city center. It was not operating on the days I was there.

    food is good but service is bad carte is limited so if you stay more then one week you better change hotel. the breakfast is not good coffee is Nescafé (very bad for Italy) very limited.

    service is very bad as the personnel is very limited and don't have time help. I asked for toothbrush kits for 4 days I had to complain to the manager so they finally provided the last day of my stay. no internet even if it was in my rate they told me that it's only the wired internet but the wired internet don't work. I complained but no reaction. As the hotel very isolated the restaurant get very crowded and if you don't make reservation you can wait for hours

    Nothing to do in the surroundings specially if you have to eat. to come back from the city after a dinner count at least 30 euro taxi

The hotel Sheraton 2 was partly. So crowded, that periods for breakfast and for the restaurant were necessary. The waiting times at the check-in were unusually long. Except the flight crews different airlines is probably also among other things. The italian police to the regular guests, with visible halter and pistols during dinner times.     As a service i would have felt, if for the long wait at the check-in enough seating available and a glass of water or coffee enough would. As well as the waiting times for a bus. The majority of of the staff speaks english. If at the bar ladies work, working the service there. Otherwise, you can already times half an hour have to wait on a waiter, the the order establishment. I would have liked a form or another opportunity, for my opinion about this hotel before place to speak. The only good thing : the cleaning staff and the cleanliness in the hotel

    The room was good furnished and clean, with a safe, hair dryer and minibar. And tv, the italian channels including bbc and ccn had. German channels were there RTL II and ZDF-information. So either the 2. world war or comics. But no news from Germany. But al jazeera on 4 channels. Internet access in the room costs 8, -€ the hour, it is often short time together.

    The golf club, with the small shuttle to reach, has an excellent restaurant. The staff was something like a natural friendliness, which i in the hotel very often vernmisst have. The tram is not for beginners recommended, very many difficult water obstacles. Bermudagras.

    The hotel is located in trister environment, not far from the airport away. There are neither shopping possibilites nor restaurants nearby. The shuttle bus to Rome costs 4, -€. The journey takes in cheaper on traffic 30 minutes. If the bus goes! And if the bus to the town.
