The staff was very nice, spoke wonderful english, as one of which the Switzerland came. Room cleaning could have been better, it was only the front been mopped, but in the evening the crumbs on the floor.Near lots of restaurants and bars, as well as supermarkets. Since los ficus a pure apartment complex is. We found that great.The apartments are functional decorated, near of the kitchen was to see the relatively newer kitchens are. We have all as expected found. Not spectacular, but for the money totally reasonable. The small kitchens are modern, with large fridge equipped and completely reasonable. Front desk German and really accommodating and helpful. For the day of departure: suitcase stored, stay by the pool, afterwards yet shower and toilet available. The bags scales was short before departure still handed - other hotels expect money. Simply but very nice! … read more

We are anytime again gladly to Los ficus a. The staff at reception was very, very friendly and spoke German, English, Spanish, or other also French. The cleaning ladies are also very friendly, understand however only Spanish (well, in Allemagne can but also the least charwomen English ). The furnishings the room is very good. A very modern kitchen, flat screen ( German, dutch, Spanish and English television ). The bathroom is practically equipped and very, very clean, no traces of mold or other Remnants of previous tenants. This apartment hotel is situated in the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés just a few paces from the town centre. In the surrounding area are countless shops, boutiques, cafés, bars, restaurants and a lively nightlife scene. The nearest beach lies within 300 metres of the hotel and the hotel is well situated for the public transport network, lying within walking distance of the nearest links.
Facilities
Built in 1970 and renovated in 1988, this hotel consists of a 5-storey building with a total of 45 apartments. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. In addition, the hotel complex offers use of a TV room, a public Internet terminal and a playground.

The functional apartments each come with a combined living/ sleeping room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.
