From the outside really nice and new but the devil was in the detail... Everything was very close together, no possibilities to retreat. No fully covered shallow pool. Through the slots in the tarp, blazing the sun always somewhere on the shallow pool. Evenings there was the show in nut volume. Then there was the aftershow with dj bianco until: o'clock. The service meet the highest demands. With the guest relation ladies, the staff at the reception, in the restaurants, the bars, in the spa, and the entertainers are there for german guests no confusion; it is speak german. The appearance towards the guests is constantly polite and friendly.
The cleaning of the rooms, including wäschetausch done without any complaint.
A reasonable give a tip here gladly.The gastronomic level meet the highest needs. The benefits in the verbenas are a bit about in the other trendy hotels. (but it is also a bit more expensive)

At the service in the Verbena Beach can probably no fault. We have never had such a great service in a comparable hotel. No matter wether reception, service, staff restaurants and bars, cleaning staff, everybody was always friendly and extremely service oriented.As already mentioned, there is a buffet and some specialty restaurants.
