The concierge the first three days was very nice, helpful and communicative.
The porter on the day of departure I had the impression that he the job very gladly and the guests and also the staff very patronising bahandelt
Cleaning staff stops room clean, fills however not the standard and ignored furthermore respondsBreakfast room is in the basement, seemed unfriendly, exactly like the busy staff.
Either the busy people a reluctance to ' not italians' or personal resentment.
For breakfast itself:
Ham, cheese quite good, but no wide choice - very unimaginative
Only saving grace is the fresh fruit and the fruit salad
Pastry: catastrophic

The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the front desk and with the staff at breakfast also English spoken and even a little German at the front desk.
