It is located approximately 5 minutes out from the metro, with which one after 4 stops the Dom reached. The shopping area is within walking distance approximately 10 minutes out. It is located approximately 5 minutes out from the metro, with which one after 4 stops the Dom reached. The shopping area is within walking distance approximately 10 minutes out. The concierge the first three days was very nice, helpful and communicative.
The porter on the day of departure I had the impression that he the job very gladly and the guests and also the staff very patronising bahandelt
Cleaning staff stops room clean, fills however not the standard and ignored furthermore respondsHotel lies near from main station in relatively quiet location, is very clean

The staff are very friendly and helpful. At the front desk and with the staff at breakfast also English spoken and even a little German at the front desk.
