Pure luxury in a pool-villa, especially what the generosity and facilities of the villas is. A 9 times 3,5 meters pool, not visible, the absolute peace and a huge garden, wunderbarst well maintained. The service and the authority of the coworkers were just perfect. Also here were bikes at the villa with us, and we could therefore in the resort, as well as at the laguna move. Well was also the free -shuttle bus within laguna, the every 5 minutes wrong. Getting a bit old, nevertheless worth 5 stars! Very clean living room with good garden! Not very modern, but a lot of attention to detail ( every evening there was a small gift, the bed put), daily fresh flowers and fresh fruits, as well as 6 bottles of water! … read more

The service was asian friendly, with a large begrüßungszeremonie every day at each entrance. Was almost a little too much.
English unfortunately not widespread and if someone speaks, then one must just be careful, as many words simply not ready be pronounced.
Complaints were immediately taken care of.There are differently aligned restaurants, everything friendly and the boss is well trained and it was about the food nothing to complain about.
