The service and the friendliness of the staff were just not to improve. They were always willing to listen to a useful tips. Room cleaning was very good and we had no complaints, new towels every day though we did not have thrown on the ground for a change Gastronomy in the hotel, but a continental breakfast in a small breakfast room where a constant coming and going was, as the business people are always in a hurry, some even have their stand up breakfast. As a family with differing needs in the way of night etc. we decided to stay at this hotel and didn't regret. The location was great. The hotel was for our teenagers (13 and 19 ) to various shopping trips in Times Square is easy to find and tiring adults also been preserved for day and tranquillity recommended. The hotel is located in a quiet but central location. The rooms are absolutely clean and it was cleaned every day including changing of towels, but in the hair dryer, not suitable for longer use.
