Reception area & Staff. A massive lobby & reception area. All the reception staff spoke very good English they we’re all very friendly & efficient at their job. They booked us in very quickly and within minutes we we’re settling into our rooms. The hotel is decorated in what I would say is a Moroccan style with very large golden pillars. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The bar staff and waiters all spoke very good English, German, Russian & many other languages. The hotel itself is very big and stands out from the more modern looking hotels around it. Room. Our room was very clean and tidy, with twin beds. There is a very large corner bathtub with a shower, toilet, wash hand basin & hair dryer. There is also all the usual things in the bathroom, soap, shampoo and perfumes laid out for your use, which are restocked regularly. There’s a double wardrobe with plenty of hangers. There is also plenty of other drawers in the room for storage. You also have an lcd TV with plenty of TV channels to chose from. The mini bar is stocked daily. There is air conditioning in the room that works very well. Our balcony overlooked some family apartments with their own pools. The bed and room are freshened up regularly by one of the very efficient cleaners. Food. We mainly ate at the buffet restaurant, which you are greeted on arrival. There is a very large variety of food on display for you to choose from. The waiting staff are excellent & only too happy to help you with anything you require. Drinks are available at the table. There is also some A la cart restaurants to chose from which you have to book in advance, but will cost you 10 euros. We only ate at the buffet restaurant which was good enough with plenty of choice. Bars. The Lobby bar I would say is the main bar. It is filled with very comfortable sofas and has a large balcony just off it. There is a pool bar and Beach bar, both very comfortable. Alcoholic drinks are charged for after midnight and are a little expensive. Other events & places. They have an amphitheatre where nightly they have shows and entertainment. They also have their own spa where you can experience a Turkish bath, Sauna, Massage & Fitness Centre. There is a small pool which has water slides. The main pool is massive and holds games such as water polo & water volley ball and water aerobics. They have daily pool games in this pool. There is a daily kids club where your children can go & take part in many events. The gardens are very well maintained and are awash with plants and trees. Down side / up side. The Animation daily events are very good. The whole place is very relaxed and you’re not pushed to take part in any of the events. The only down side to some of the animation events is you can’t take part in some of them, because the events run at the same time or overlap one another. The Al La Cart restaurants could have been free like most other hotels in the area Instead of charging the 10 euros per head. Oh and the charge for drinks after midnight. Would I go again? I would most certainly go again. It’s a fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere the staff are excellent. Great beach, Fantastic food, gardens, pool & bars. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. … read hotel review
