We stayed on our Mexico-stay at this hotel. The four stars Hotel after Mexican assessment could be three star hotel according to German standards. We stayed for three nights at this hotel.
If we come back to Oaxaca, we would stay at this hotel again, about 15 minutes though it footpath from the Zocalo (market) away. Part of the footpath from the Zocalo the hotel pedestrian area with shops, so the way not long.
There are nearby the hotel also the option food in a supermarket to buy (the first street on the right and then about one hundred meters).
The hotel is interesting designed, the reception area was built in the colonial period.
the rooms were good equipped -including air conditioning, tv, hair dryer, iron, coffee maker and alarm clock. Frequent the hotel had a German transmitter German wave Tv-program. All rooms in Mexico had so-called king size beds, that is to say they were very wide (if you have two people in the beds able to sleep. The beds were pleasantly hard.
the rooms we were on the ground floor.
To brush your teeth it was additionally 1 bottle of mineral water per person (0.5 liter).
For breakfast there was no buffet (only if more than 30 guests). We got coffee/tea and juice, as well as Toast with butter and jam (unlimited), as well as alternative egg-He( fried eggs, Scrambled eggs with ham mexican tomatoes, fried or scrambled eggs with, onions and Chili) or pancakes and yogurt.
The reception area was nice designed. At the front desk one spoke Spanish or English, but no German.
One could go to the Internet for free in 1 screen.
Could you comment on the negative side, that there is no specific closet, but only a wall niche-of course main criteria behind the facility was available. Enough space for the bags was available.
Checking-in to the hotel was included by the vanity separate from the toilet/bathroom mirror.
