More information: Reception office hours are from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 and 19:00. If you plan to arrive during closing hours you will find your name on a tag on the window of the reception office, indicating the building and apartment numbers. The keys will be left in an envelope at reception. There will also be an emergency mobile number just in case you need to contact the person in charge of the residence. Extra optional costs to be paid direct on location are: - Private Car Park - Extra change of Linen and Towels - Baby cot - TV set.

Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Advance payment: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 4.00 per day.

Extra charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
