More information: DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 until 12:00 and 14:00 until 20:00 on Saturdays, from 09:00 until 12:00 on Sundays, from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 19:00 Monday to Thursday and from 09:00 until 12:00 and 16:00 until 20:00 on Fridays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

Cancellation: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Advance payment: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Internet: No internet access available.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Extra charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.
